Case 220119-000867 On June 22, 2021, I received a gift from my daughter for my 70th birthday. The WD 6TB My Cloud Home Personal Device started to have issue (Device is offline) in January 2022. I spend over a month and a half calling customer service and in March of 2022, a refurbished replacement was mailed to my house. The replacement device still has the same issue as the original one. On the original device, I lost hundreds of family photos and videos. I am frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from WD. I am requesting a full refund because the WD online App doesn't aloe me to connect to WIFi Resolution Sought Make the device work which I truly doubt it or refund full purchase price

I ordered one order and this company charges me for three orders. I called them and they say they have no record of my order. They are draining my bank account and want me to wait a week while they supposedly get back to me. Please help! Resolution Sought Issue my refunds for a total of 539.36
