Rude customer service especially during covid.

Rude customer service especially during covid. Danielle or Daniella Was rude in helpful and just insensitive. Not answered questions and just plain didn't care. Wow Western general hire better people. Better customer service reps and people that listen.

I switched insurances right away. Reevaluate your customer service and employees.

I don't even know where to start. It's unfortunate when you end up with claims and then having to deal with cheap insurance. Customer service is horrible! You almost have to beg for everything to get taken care of even if you're paying full coverage. Unfortunately, I had 4 different claims within a month which led me to the fraud dept, wasn't out of choice (not at fault). I had all receipts, proof of all my claims and yet I was still accused of fraud. It took them 3 MONTHS to get my car "fixed" but that's because I talked to upper management. My adjuster Eric Garcia wasn't very cooperative with my claim and was very unprofessional that at one point he hung up on me. I don't know what Eric's issue was but it seemed like he was taking everything personal. If you don't want to help customers then maybe this isn't a suitable position for you. But he wasn't the only rude adjuster I dealt with. This insurance really needs to reevaluate their costumer service and better training for their employees or simply don't work there if you don't like helping your customers.. I never missed a payment and I had this insurance for YEARS until I actually needed them they weren't helpful. I can't believe how much BS they put me through these past 3 long months and being car-less was a struggle. It was a very frustrating situation they put me through. Western general insurance you lost a customer, I switched insurances right away. Reevaluate your customer service and employees.
