Complainants allege that access numbers and/or PINs do not work properly or are always busy. Other customers complain that the service is advertised as having no "hidden or undisclosed fees ” however complainants find they are billed for calls that don't connect or calls that ring busy. A few customers report poor call connections.~~The company responds to some complaints by stating the matter was resolved explaining the reason for the billing or they indicate that Digitcom Services Inc. and Wildgate Wireless Inc in Los Angeles CA is a telephone carrier that sells phone cards and provides phone numbers to retail and wholesale customers. Digitcom and Wildgate are not soliciting any business and does not make telemarketing calls and request the number that shows on the caller ID to find out who called.
