Bring back their customer service and provide a better service. This company has been fined several times by the local and federal government.

Extremely bad customer Service. They outsourced their customer service to the Philippines and they are hateful and disrespectful. Refuse to help customers. Worst company I have ever dealt with and they have formed a monopoly over our area. Not allowing other internet companies in our are that provide a lot better service for a lot less than they charge.

Windsteam intentionally makes it difficult to file a formal complaint. Their internet service in my area is crap with no goals of getting better. They are the only carrier in our little town so there is no real urgency to assist. I go days without internet but no change in my bill to reflect the break in service. My next correspondence will be with the FCC as well as here at the BBB. Windstream having an A- rating with BBB is a joke. More people like me should be providing real life examples of you lack luster performance. We are not getting what we are paying for…,communication lines leading to my home have been exposed for years. Each time there is heavy rain or flooding I lose internet connection. They don't care! Internet is now part of our livelihood! It's a requirement often in our jobs. Windstream must do better!
