I sent my vehicle to this dealership (where I purchased Vehicle) due to my transmission warning light came on while driving, The dealership charged me 2,738.64 total, I also had a battery and key fob replaced, they told me my transmission issue was okay after they repaired a Valve, Pipe-C case Brea totaling 892.31. I picked my vehicle up on 7/7/25, while driving home my transmission warning light came on again, I had vehicle towed back to dealership, after a week they told me I needed a new transmission which should of been relayed to me on the first visit, my transmission is covered under warranty (Contract # 10002507259) which I purchased from dealership at the time I purchased the vehicle and is still valid. I was told by Luis at the dealership the warranty company sent an inspector out and the claim to repair my transmission was denied due to flood damage, I immediately contacted my Finance company, they stated the title is clean & clear with no reports of salvage or flood damage. The vehicle has never been in a flood while in my possession, if there is supposedly flood damage i this vehicle was sold to me without this information being disclosed to me. No one from the dealership or Wynn's (Warranty Company) is being cooperative with me. Resolution Sought If this vehicle has flood damaged associated with it I would like to compensated for the amount i purchased the vehicle for as this was not disclosed to me. I would never purchased this vehicle knowingly that it has flood damage. If no flood damage and is fraudulent activity I would just like my vehicle warranty honored & repaired correctly without any repercussion or issues.

My 2015 Ford Edge is just sitting and not being look at which is my engine it is going on three weeks now the engine has a warranty the truck is at the shop just sitting it's hard to get food and medication Wynn extend phone no. 1 800 901 6182 they telling me mix stories. Resolution Sought Please make them follow the law keep my vehicle at a stand still for weeks is wrong. I am asking for what is suppose to be did by you all.
