I ordered a Tenor Kick in early June of 2020, here it is October of 2021 and I have yet to hear anything back about the tenor kick or anything. Every time I email about my order, my email is either ignored or responded with an automated email that doesn't answer anything. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund or send me what I paid for.

I ordered a Hybrid Snare drum back in May 2019. I still have not received it. Since then the company has even offered them customized and I couldn't at the time I ordered mine. I no longer get actual responses from the company. All I get is automated emails. Resolution Sought Send me my product
