Extremely Poor Customer Service
Ordered replacement for cantilever umbrella on 06/20/13, was told by rep. (michelle) there was one in stock and that she would put a hold on it for me. Also told me that I would receive it in 7-10 days. I called on 07/10/13 and spoke with rep. Kenny and he told me that it was never shipped because they were out of stock. Offered to reverse charges on my credit card which is already paid off. Dont know when they intended on notifying me that is wasnt coming.Have not seen my credit card statement yet to see if they actually credited my account.Dont do business with these people!
