THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

People do yourself a favor and do not go to this dealership. Kim the owner is a pathetic liar. I'm so sick of giving reviews for this company I'm going to give the short version. My car was running perfectly fine until Scott Volkswagen insisted that I put an update in my computer on my car. My car was running perfectly. However they insisted that I put in this update. All I wanted was an oil change. After this update was done my car was running horribly. All warning signs was showing on my dashboard. I had to bring it in there again to get it fixed. While I was waiting I got a call that a rodent ate my oil change wire and I had to pay $200 to get it fixed. My car is a lease. And I went to another Volkswagen dealership and they fix my car with no problems. They even showed me where the wire was cut by a utility knife that their mechanics must have done by accident and came up with some ridiculous rodent story. I tried to talk to Kim about it who was the owner. She didn't want to hear it. I told her I've been going to her company and buying cars for the past 15 years this is how you treat a loyal customer. She still didn't want to hear it. So yes I got mad and I told her I want to go online and give her horrible reviews. She replied back that she's keeping my car. I had to call back and threaten that I'm going to call the cops if my car isn't giving back to me. How is it that another dealership fixed my car with no problems and they honored my lease. The name of that dealership is Balise Volkswagen. I highly recommend them. Do not go to Scott's Volkswagen. It is nothing but a horror show. Kim the owner is a liar and she should be ashamed of herself.
