Still others allege false advertising and incomplete or unclear disclosures concerning financial obligations of members. Customers complain based on the company's website ads they believed they could sign up for services for free with no obligation and no monthly fees.. Even customers who allegedly cancel within the specified time period reportedly also experience unauthorized charges or debits. Some recent complaints allege that this company bought the clients of another credit repair company called Clear Credit. These customers allege that without receiving notice of service changes or being given the option to cancel they began incurring charges on their credit cards and bank accounts which are listed as monthly service fees for My Perfect credit. These customers had not authorized any payment or account debits to My Perfect Credit. The customers contend that the services fees imposed are unauthorized therefore they request credits and immediate cancellation. According to the company's website the only means of cancellation is via the internet site.~~The company generally responds to complaints by ceasing collection activity providing full or partial refunds and referring customers to their email address for additional assistance.

We have found a registered account under the email address listed. The person has not completed their membership and did not provide credit card information. Also, we do not fix anyone's credit. We are an online user based system that provides tools to our members. She can call during our normal business hours to receive help completing her sign up.

This letter is to inform you that we have reviewed the complaint from Mr. Lee. The member signed up with us on May 2, 2021 through United Credit Education Services. This membership with us from this company has no monthly fee and only a $1.00 activation fee. In order to subscribe to this offer, the member has to go through their membership portal with United Credit Education Services and sign up with us through a special link. If the member does not want to continue the membership, he can close online at any time. He can also reach out to use at (877) 372-3895 to close and receive a refund of the $1.00.
