Smashburger

I would like the business to acknowledge their manager's inappropriate response to their customer.

We had the worst experience at the Smashburger at 9409 Shelbyville Road in Louisville, KY. Using Door Dash for social distancing, our order was delivered completely wrong. We spent $75 for this meal and couldn't eat half of it! It had another customer's meal and four orders of the regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. When I called Smashburger, their manager was extremely rude over the phone. She was unprofessional and did not offer any solutions except to contact Door Dash. She hang up the phone on me! I called back and explained that I did not appreciate her unprofessional behavior. Not only was our order incorrect, the conversation was upsetting to me as a mother of three young children. They witnessed me almost to tears while talking to this manager. She said that they are "short staffed" and that she "doesn't have a general manager to contact about this order". In addition, my children did not get fed enough because of their inaccurate meals. I would like them to provide training, include customer care skills and teach their employees how to respectfully offer solutions. They might also want to hire enough competent workers to meet the needs of their customers.
