Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF TENANTS

This place is extremely cheep and they are very condescending. Dealing with the owners of the property we rented for 5 years was a nightmare. They don't care about anything except getting their rent. We had an issue with possums and one dying under out place, their response was to call their maintenance guy who of course didn't find the dead smelling animal. It wasn't until we brought in our own exterminator to check that we got to the bottom of the issue. How did Sterling deal with us by saying they wont pay for our exterminator because he is not on their approved vendor list. These Guys are the WORST.
