Cares about customers

The business reached out to me the same day as the issue occurred, before they even got a complaint from the BCA. I was very upset about a coupon issue toward the end of a very long, stressful weekend, and I really appreciated how they reached out to resolve the issue the same day. They were extremely polite too. This business has some challenges as there is a smaller store up the street that is long established. At first, I thought that Strong Water is just some giant store that has moved in to make as much money as possible without caring about the customers. My issue inside the store made me feel like the staff did not know what they were doing and did not care about my satisfaction. However, the quick fix of the problem helped me to see that this new store is investing in customer service.
