Sun-Tec Solar Energy complaints

I contracted with Sun Tec Solar in November of 2023 for a solar system to run to run my entire home including the well pump. The installers showed up late March and did the installation and told me that it WOULD NOT operate the well pump. I called the salesman with the installers and he said it would would and the installers assured it WOULD NOT that I needed an additional battery; so I got that and the electrician showed up to do the wiring. Then he said he couldn't finish that day but would be back for the inspection. The inspector showed and no one from solar tec. showed and the inspection failed. Then I was told the inspector's office was holding up their new plans and it wouldn't happen until 4/18/24. I called the inspectors office and they said it was approved on 4/4/24. Late in April the inspector showed up and a solar tec was here to finish the wiring and put in the proper fuses. The tec swore to the inspector that would be done that day. He didn't have the fuses but someone was driving them down. The fuses didn't show up until I complained to the inspector and he said he'd handle. A few weeks later the electrician came back with the correct fuses, and finished the wiring. However he couldn't finish because he needed to reprogram the battery and would be back for that. No one has shown up nor called. So the battery system is not working. Resolution Sought FINISH THE JOB. And everything operated as promised.

We were told by the salesman that our monthly pmt would be $103, and that we would get a government incentive of $7500. If we don't give it to the finance co. Our pmt would be $123. We do not qualify for the insensitive and now were told the pmt is $14?. The panels were installed on the side of the roof with large trees shading it. We were also told that our electric bill would only be $30 pr month. Now, between the solar bill and the electric bill we're paying more than we did before we got the panels. Also, we had to pay someone to take down beautiful healthy trees so we would get sun on that side of the roof. We're 77 years old and simply can't afford this. If our electric bill was $30, and only the $103 pmt as we were promised, it would be ok. But we're on ss and simply can't afford a high solar bill and a high electric bill. The salesman simply lied to get the sale, and they refuse to do anything. The salesman should not be telling people that they will receive $7500. This is Florida, a lot of older people. Most will not qualify for the insensitive. And most, as we are, on ss and simply can't afford this. Please, please help us. We we're lied to, and simply can't afford both the solar bill and the electric bill. Please help us. Thank you for whatever you can do for us. God Bless. But because these people are so dishonest and take advantage of older people, I would expect them to change. They may promise one thing, but then change.
