Qty(2) 150cc Scooters

I was very pleased with Liz she guided me through the whole process, I received 2 150cc scooters had to make a few adjustments but overall great scooters I was surprised considering the price. I will definetly do business with Liz again in the future.

Most complainants allege after paying in advance for pocket-bikes or scooters they receive items that are damaged used or broken. Customers complain vital parts are missing the product does not work after assembly and the company fails to honor their promises to send replacement parts or replacement bikes. Other complainants allege the company fails to send titles so that the vehicle can be registered or that instruction manuals arrive in Chinese and they are unable to read them. Many complainants report difficulty contacting the company by telephone and claim the company does not respond to emails or letters. A few customers allege the company sends the wrong product or the product is not delivered at all. ~~The company responded in a few cases by issuing refunds less shipping and handling and restocking fees stating the product was picked up at the warehouse or informing the customer they can return the scooter for a refund less fees or keep it at a discounted price.
