Recently, the complainant claims she received a letter of apology from the company, advising her, herapplication, or file, had been misplaced. The letter extended an invitation to apply again, and asked for $250. The complainant sent the $250, and still has not received a loan. To date, both complaints are unanswered.

We believe this company may be required to post a $100,000 bond and register with the California Attorney General's Office as a Credit Services Organization.
