This company's terms and conditions state that the company has the right to impose various charges and penalty fees, such as NSF charges, re-clear fees, and late penalty fees of 10% retroactive APR that is charged, beginning and in correlation to the date that the product/service was originally received or contracted for when paid more than 3 calendar days after the scheduled due date. In the event of default, the company and it's affiliates or subsidiaries reserve the right to assess a twelve dollar per month delinquent account communication’s fee, plus a one time sixty nine dollar delinquent account set up fee.

In some cases, contracts can be cancelled if your consent to it was obtained by the seller's fraud, high pressure tactics, or misrepresentation. If your consent to the contract was induced by the seller's fraud, or was given by mistake, under duress, menace or undue influence, you can also elect to rescind the contract.
