Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Complainants report receiving nothing more than a booklet of names and addresses of other loan sources which they could contact to apply for loans. The booklets also included stipulations which must be met in order to be eligible for their money back guarantee or refund policy. Complainants could not become eligible for a refund until they had received three letters of denial from loan sources outlined in the booklet. All complainants requested refunds. The company responded to one complaint by issuing a refund. All other complaints remain unanswered.
