However, the songs were never mastered after payment of the initial fee, an additional $500.00 in studio fees and fees to have the songs mastered. The customer also states no back-up singers showed up for the recording and no refund was issued. The company responded to the complaint by stating no promises are made of a recording contract and services were fulfilled according to their terms and conditions.
