Fraudulent practices by jewelmint.com and I would like a full refund

This is the most ridiculous practice I have ever seen for web sales. After purchasing 2 items from jewelmint.com, in April of 2013, I returned both items for poor quality. I received a refund, less the shipping, which was fine. However, they charged me for a membership that I never approved. They have charged me for 3 consecutive months at $29.99 each. I do not own one piece of their jewelry, but have been charged. I want a full refund for everything except my shipping.

Complainants allege difficulty contacting customer service billing disputes and difficulty cancelling. Some complainants allege they are unaware that they are entering into a membership that costs $29.99 monthly and have trouble reaching customer service to cancel memberships or receive credits. Others allege they are charged $29.99 although they select to skip a month of purchases per the Companies terms and agreements. ~~Company responds to complaints by apologizing for billing mistakes explaining that there was a system error which caused accounts to be charged in error although customers selected to skip a month which has been fixed and issuing credits for the error. In other cases company explains customers agree to membership enrollment and fees when they elect to place and order and the information is disclosed several places on the website and during the order process. Company also responds to customer service issues by stating they have added more individuals to their customer service team to handle increase in inquiries and also by issuing refunds and cancelling accounts.

The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.

Joining a continuity plan means you agree to the plan's sales method as long as you're a member. You'll automatically get periodic shipments of merchandise. You won't get any announcements or rejection forms before each shipment. The shipments continue until you cancel your membership.~~Sellers must give you information about the plan's terms and conditions clearly and conspicuously in their promotional materials. These terms may include; that you become a member if you accept the introductory merchandise or initial round of services unless you cancel; or that periodic delivery of merchandise or services will occur - with no further action on your part; and will continue until cancellation is received. It also must disclose a description of the merchandise or services you agree to buy say whether there's a minimum purchase and how often you'll receive the products or services. An explanation of the plan's billing procedure for each shipment or period of service must also be provided as well as the terms of the plan's refund or return policy; how and when you can cancel your membership; and the price of the goods or services if you fail to cancel including shipping and handling if applicable.
