Terrible customer service. They don't honor their refund policy
It now day 100 from requesting refund and their policy says 90days. The customer reps only stall and don't permit you to speak to anyone besides them. They now are telling me it will be another seven days before I can expect a refund, this is after I was told a week ago it would be seven more days. When I told their associate today that I was told seven more days a week ago she only laugh. They have no sense of urgency or concern for their customer's concern. I will never do business with them again. I suggest those reading this to reconsider using Trafalgar Tours for your travel needs.

Companies like this should recognize a disastrous situation and look to help the people instead of hording people's earnings
Spoke to a Janis at Trafalgar who made it very clear the company has no intention on refunding customers affected by COVID-19. Instead of giving back nearly $1000 when requested early into the pandemic, I was ignored by Erica. Then after enough time for the deposit to lapse I finally get an with their "new" updated terms basically saying, sorry...enjoy your credit. People have lost jobs and so much more and we should demand more from heartless companies who hold their bottom line above morality. #ShameTrafalger #ShameGavinTollman
