This company's owner, Carlos Marquez, has owned or operated other similar companies in the Southland, some with negative ratings based on patterns of complaints alleging the company fails to deliver ordered products, and fails to provide refunds to customers. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule protects consumers who shop by mail. According to this regulation, the company must ship your order when promised.
