BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Most complainants allege failing to receive credits or return authorization numbers after the company's trial period. In some cases the company issued return authorization numbers, but did not issue credits for the returned clubs. Other customers related that they were dissatisfied with the performance of the clubs. The company responds to most complaints by issuing call tags for pick up or by issuing credits. The company responded to most complaints by issuing refunds. They did not though, offer any explaination for not performing as promised in the first place. A few complaints remain unanswered.

This company sells golf clubs through television infomercials and on their website. The company offers a 30 day money back guarantee. The guarantee provides that the golf clubs can be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, if the buyer is not satisfied. We caution against giving credit card information for the privilege of testing golf clubs. The credit card should only be given if, at the conclusion of the test, the consumer wants to purchase the club, or clubs. In our experience, companies of this type are not interested in test results, but instead, uses the test to deceive people into purchasing their golf clubs. By law, consumers have 60 days from the billing date to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Visa has a 120 day period. After the 60-day period, a charge cannot be reversed unless the seller consents. If the order is cancelled, we suggest that the product be returned in sufficient time to permit a credit card dispute to be filed.
