Hoover satisfied this customer by 200 !!

My best friend bought a shampooer online for me and sent it to me from the store purchased from. When I received it the lever the holds the handle up when not in use was broken. Hoover replaced it with an upgraded model worth twice as much. This was due to months of not fixing the broken one right away. This was very kind and I am super satisfied! Great way to keep us customers thank you so nuch!
