Rented truck they estimated mileage, way off. Said refund coming. Never came. Spent hours on phone one day a corporate person answered phone sent me to corporate office transfer. Never connected. I have never had this problem before. Checked website on uhaul, obviously awful, and crooked. Judging what has been done by you isn't working. They should Pay $500 per complaint it would stop.
