This company offers to hire independent representatives paid by commission to place and maintain golf vending machines. The company claims to assist the representative in maintaining the route by providing stock and tokens for machines, and claims to provide independent contractors with exclusive routes, contingent on the agreement to buy a minimum of three vending machines. The vending machines become the property of the IC. According to the company's policy, the machines can be returned for refund within 30 days. Companies offering business opportunities in the State of California, may be required to register with the Attorney General prusuant to the SAMP Act as a seller assisted marketing plan. As of our last verification on July 23, 2004, this company had not complied with SAMP registration requirements. In California, documents should in part, contain the terms and conditions, description of services, payments, length of time the plan is offered, number of purchasers, and substantiation of any claims made regarding earning potential. Investors have a three-day right to cancel. Refunds must be issued within five days of receipt of the cancellation notice. A contract may be voided within one year from the date of the contract, if any misleading statements are used, or the company fails to provide proper documentation of the offer.
