Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We routinely advise careful consideration of offers to extend credit. Do comparative shopping on interest rates, and other terms and conditions. Our experience with other lease financing companies has generally been that most use contracts which contain verbage to legally place them at an advantage should clients challange their fund retention policies. Some contracts actually state, that if the lease does not commence due to any reason other than their own negligence, they may retain any monies paid to compensate themselves for credit and other administrative costs. In many cases the company retains all advance funds, based on the customer's own signiture on the contract agreeing to allow them to do so. Read and understand before signing any business agreement.
