Poor treatment

I've been with this insurance company for 20 years. And only needed their services 3 * 2 minor one major and all three situations have you been declined. They State I don't qualify how do you say that many and never qualify for any help. I don't expect anything from the business especially after how I've been treated. And I'm sure I'm not the only person that they keep receiving money from but declining when they do need the help. I just want their business on record
