Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unprofessional,Never received the products !

Very unprofessional. Never received the products with my last order (paid the full amount from the 1st day and waiting for more than 1 month). During all this time I spoke with Steve Cook several times on the phone with the promise that the products will be delivered soon or next week. They promise to return calls but never return any calls and don`t answer to costumers by email. After have exhausted my time and patience the order was cancelled. My company will never again do business with them and I don`t recommend Valley Forge Security to other costumers.
