Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. As of our last verification on 4/9/2002, this company had not complied with State registration requirements. Even if registered, it would be unlawful to accept payments in advance of providing services. By law, information stays on your credit report for seven to ten years. Accurate negative information can only be removed with the cooperation of your creditors, and this ususally involves paying the debt.
