Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Some customers complain that the money back guarantee is useless as fees for services are comprised of several individually non-refundable amounts. Reportedly only about $12 of the money paid for services is actually refundable. Many customers complain their sites are never activated and they opt to cancel for lack of response. In these cases customers disputed credit card charges or put stop payments on checks.
