We believe that some brokers and/or principals of West Coast Galleries are actually the same as those of Tara Fine Arts. Although both companies deny any affiliation with each other and both companies have separate corporate and business filings, they offer the same collectibles, have the same brokers, with the same type of problems for investors; misrepresentations in selling practices, and difficulty or inability to obtain refunds. A separate report on Tara Fine Arts, is available upon request. We urge careful consideration on any investment offer. Re-sale value of collectibles may flucuate daily and depends solely on the price a collector is willing to pay. Rather than make an immediate decision, insist upon written confirmation of all details of the offer and all verbal promises. Verify that the offer is registered, or exempt from such requirement, with your state Securities Commissioner. In California, call the Department of Corporations (213) 736 2481.
