Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Other customers complain they cancelled within the three day cancellation period and requested refunds; however cancellations were not acknowleged. Cancellation procedures should be outlined in your contract. We advise careful review of the contract. According to licensed talent agents portfolios are developed over the course of a persons career and novices do not need expensive portfolios.
