Terrible managment, worst I've ever had

The managment is terrible. First of all, the don't answer their phones. This was even the case before I moved in. They didn't even call back. I had to keep calling. Now that I live here I find they still do the same. They don't care about their tenants. I've never lived anywhere they don't answer their phones!! Next, I complained about my neighbor having a dog, which is against their rules. In fact, I have seen about 20 dogs at the property, so they obviously lied about that. The jerk of a manager, told me that they were investigating it and that there was a moratorium on evictions so they couldn't do anything about it. Now that the moratorium has been lifted and their dog is making thundering noises running back and forth several times a day I called again and asked what they were going to do about it. I have called three times and the jerk is avoiding me by not calling me back. I have never had management of any apartment complex not return my calls. After all I am a tenant and I am paying rent there. They should do their job. I even asked about it several weeks ago in an email & he never addressed it. This is a terrible place to live since the management doesn't care about their tenants and I advice anyone against moving there!
