Splash Foaming Cleaner

Just inform the public the product does not perform as advertised, it's way over-priced for its limited use, and good luck with trying to return it.

I ordered the Splash toilet bowl cleaner on 03/03/2025 for the specific reason of cleaning hard-water/iron residue line in my toilet bowls, based on their on-line advertising. I received the product about a week ago and used it for the first time this morning. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. It didn't even perform as well as my Lysol toilet bowl cleaner I purchase at the super market. I called them, registered my complaint and asked how to return the item for a refund. First I was put on a lengthy hold and then I was told to mix it with vinegar, make a paste, apply it to the area, blah blah blah. I told their representative I wasn't going to go to that much trouble, that it wasn't worth that to me, and just tell me how to return the product for a refund. She then began to tell me I had to use their original packaging, pay the shipping costs and an additional $8.95, at which time I told her to forget it, they were a scam and I was going to report them to "someone." So, I'm reporting great dissatisfaction with the Splash toilet bowl cleaner and even greater dissatisfaction with their customer service department and return procedure.
